The restaurant

The restaurant, built in the old farm´s cellar, distinguishes both for the decoration and for selection of certain elements that remained: we preserved beams, rafters and the typical fireplace for cooking with braces. In the interior decoration, the imagination is free from schemes, but still retains the spirit of minimalism.

Unusual tablecloths and crystal glasses are combined with the rustic pottery; lamps, focused on each couple of guests, create an intimate atmosphere.

On the terraces, you can enjoy the beautiful view and relax in the silence of the Tuscan countryside.

The restaurant offers traditional dishes prepared according to traditional family recipes.

A selection of more than 180 wine labels provide a wide choice of wines for those that don’t wish to enjoy the excellent Tuscany  red wine produced in the nearby vineyards of the farm. The restaurant is perfect for weddings, anniversaries and birthdays (with over 120 seats inside and 120 outside), but also for an intimate dinner.

The restaurant was born in the agricultural world and from this one it shares the good things.

the philosophy of eating well

The owners (mother and daughter, Brigida) personally take care of the kitchen only when you’ll meet them you will understand what is the importance of good food for them. They fully respected the old family recipes: therefore, a traditional Tuscan way of cooking and Italian in general.

Although the appearance of the dish is not neglected, they do not hesitate in scarifying beauty in order to ensure goodness. The seasonality and authenticity of the ingredients is guaranteed by the fact that they only use products obtained from kitchen garden of their own nearby farm.

They have always lived in this area and have therefore chosen with great care the best local producers of meats, cold cuts and cheeses, especially “Pecorino” cheese that comes from a farm that produces organic sheep cheese.
